This amazing streamer pattern was originally designed for fly fishing on Blue Ridge trout streams, but has since spread in popularity up the east coast and has developed a reputation as a go-to fly for many river species.

Its simplicity and ultra lightweight design allow both for easy casting and presentation.  It is best fished from an upstream position down and across, allowing the fly to work against the current as it makes its swing.  This will increase the “flash” effect, making it virtually irresistible to eager trout as well as many other cold and warm water species.
